Basic deck repairs
in our basic deck repairs we use pressure treated materials and replace what is damaged or rotted. This type of material will need to dry before paint or stain can be applied, the amount of drying time varies depending on the amount of sun the materials get. One way to test if the materials is dry enough is to put a few drops of water on the new materials if the water beads up it's not ready for paint or stain, but if it soaks the water up it is ready.
Deck remodel
Our deck remodel's range in materials, our budget remodels use pressure treated wood, or our top end with a composite board with aluminum balusters, with composite boards they typically require less maintenance no staining every few years but cost more. We also have in-between options where customers have used pressure treaded wood with aluminum balusters.
