Day care water damage project

Customer of this project called us out for some water damage sub floor repairs, we assessed what was causing the water intrusion, we determined in the main room the water was coming in from an old chimney and some metal room that wasn't sealed up. We fixed the water leaks, installed new raised and supported floor joist, installed new subfloor and vinyl tile flooring. In the back room we found the water was coming in from the side walk that was slopped into the building causing water to run in under the door. We put in a drain in the side walk and connected the drain to a French drain. Replaced the mud seal under the wall, raised and support new floor joist, new subfloor and vinyl tile flooring. Seal the threshold of the exterior door. Thanks for choosing us.
